| which would be to shim the bolt tight again. I would try to wedge the gap tight again; then secure the wedge in place. If you can find a very wide 10 mm washer slighter thicker than the gap. With a dremel, cut out a pie shaped section just wide enough so it will slip over the bolt. Then grind a taper onto the remaining washer so that you can tap it onto the bolt where it will wedge itself tight into place. Finally, use vice grips, squeeze the outside edges of the washer to close the washer back around the bolt. If that fails, then tap it close w/ a small hammer, using a larger one on the opposite side of the washer. You may even be able use a couple of brake line shims... anything to wedge that space tight again. It has to be fixed though b/c the heat cycle of exhaust manifolds will shake loose anything that is simply wedged in w/o being fastened in place.
